The shipping cost is determined by your order weight & size and is automatically calculated for you at the checkout. Cost varies depending on country and weight.    Non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

DELIVERY TIMES

Products printed to order can take up to 21 working days.

Products in stock are generally processed and dispatched within 7 working days.

Please allow the following delivery times after dispatch: Ireland & UK 1-3 days  / Europe 3-5 days / Rest of the World 5-10 days.

Please be advised that these are guidelines, delivery times may vary depending on stock levels. All orders will be shipped via AN POST and can be tracked on their website using a tracking number provided.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive automated tracking information to your email address with the reference number and where to track.

RETURNS

Stephanie Sloan will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Please request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as Stephanie Sloan cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
